  Was there to cash checks. 1.Don't ask why I don't get direct deposit, none of your business. 2.Don't count the money out loud in front of all the customers, perfect way to get robbed after leaving the bank. 3.Where did I get those checks? It says on the check who issued that. 4.Need more training ASAP

  I've only been to this bank two times, once in late 2016 and recently. I get the same teller every time, and she was rude and act like I'm an inconvenience to her. I brought in cash to deposit and it shows on her face that she doesn't like it because she has to separate and count it. No smile. I'm glad BOA has machine that you can deposit a huge amount of cash now...doesn't need to deal with their live customer service.

  Every time I come they are constantly rude and disrespectful.. They treat you like its a huge inconvinence to help you. I bank with them and so does my place of work and it is always an unpleasent experience. I will handle all my personal banking needs at a different branch

  Had consistently bad service here. Ended up closing my accounts. The tellers are inconsiderate and could care less that you are a customer. So many better banks to choose from in the area. Had to wait over 30 mins just to close my accounts. The parking lot is small and not great if there is more than a couple other people there.
